George from Audio Video King was outstanding. He diagnosed my home theater issue over the phone, confidently said he’d fix it within minutes of arriving — and that’s exactly what he did. He responded the same day, arrived within an hour, and had everything working perfectly in about five minutes. Most importantly, he identified that other costly repairs I’d been advised to do were completely unnecessary. He saved me hundreds of dollars and prevented me from going through an in-wall fiber HDMI installation that would have required opening, patching, and repainting walls. It’s not often you find individuals who truly love and care about what they do. I reached out to Audio Video King for assistance in mounting and calibrating a new 75 inch QLED frame TV. After George and his team mounted the TV George spent most of the afternoon helping me calibrate the picture settings and reconfigure/rewiring all of my devices to streamline my entire set up. It was awesome watching George work without having to worry about the hourly rate going up and up. Thank you again, George for taking the time to answer all my questions and helping me but achieve what I originally set out to do
They did an awesome job wall mounting our TV and sound bar. We went with the in-wall outlet installation behind the TV. The work was done perfectly and our mounted TV and sound bar looks great. Will definitely recommend these folks and not to mention their pricing is very reasonable compared to other companies.
