10/10 Brian delivered in every aspect from responding within minutes after initial forms to recommendations and providing equipment. Early arrival, eased any concerns and was able to deliver on my vision for TV with full motion mount & sound bar while hiding wires with a new outlet. Brian was incredibly thorough and walked me through every step including the setup of the tv and devices attached and made sure everything was working 100% before leaving. If you want a TV installed right by a great person and professional LCD is who you want to hire.
Ordered a "professional mounting service" from Samsung long story short they were unprofessional, rude and drilled holes in my wall then told me it couldn't be done and said they're fine cuz they get paid anyways. Thank God I got a second opinion. Brian was truly a professional in this field and I would recommend him to anybody looking to get their TV mounted safely. He actually gave me recommendations on a better amount and did the job far beyond my expectations!!
Brian at LCD Plasma Installations was highly personable and professional, scheduling my installation at the earliest. He saved me from the mistake of installing the wrong wall mount for the viewing in mind, and very efficiently installed a new mount with wire molding. Most definitely would I recommend LCD Plasma Installations!
