I had the pleasure of working with Richard and team at Georgia TV and Audio last month when they mounted two televisions for me. The great room tv was installed over a stone fireplace and was expertly executed by them. They were knowledgeable, professional, patient, answered my questions thoroughly, and just very easy to work with. Getting the appointment scheduled was a breeze. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services. They are definitely on my personal list of preferred contractors.
Richard Starnes responded promptly to my request to have a TV wall mounted in my daughter’s apartment at The Rambler, Athens and was able to get it done the very next day. He was courteous, incredibly efficient, and helpful with an issue with the wall mount I had purchased. He provided a better one at a lower cost! It was the perfect install, and he made sure that the tv was hooked up and streaming correctly before he left. I highly recommend Richard. Super service! Super gentleman!
Called to have them wall mount my 85" TV & add my sound bar. Great customer service from the owner and he came out quickly to install. Did a fantastic job!!! They even vacuumed up after themselves!!! They showed me how to operate my TV plus how to operate the sound bar. They are a class act all the way! Reliable, on time and did a great job. I will have them back out to do another install when I finish my basement. Highly Recommend!
