I was in the middle of cooking dinner, and the technician worked seamlessly around me without any disruption. He leveraged a unique feature of my house to avoid cutting into the drywall, which I really appreciated. He arrived fully prepared with everything needed; mount, telescoping bracket, electrical plug, faceplate, all of it. No delays, no “we’ll need to come back,” just professional, efficient work. The end result looks incredible; clean, polished, and honestly better than I expected. On top of that, the technician was respectful and thoughtful (he even took his shoes off without being asked). And the price? Under $400. Thirteen years ago, I paid $1,300 for the same setup on an 80” flat screen. I’m genuinely floored by the value and quality.
