Joe from Custom Audio and Video Solutions was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He helped us set up our new Frame TV, installed and configured Sonos throughout our entire home (both indoor and outdoor), and made the whole process seamless. Everything looks incredibly clean and works perfectly. Joe and Brandon also installed our alarm system throughout the house, giving us a great solution separate from ADT. They took the time to explain everything, made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted it, and were extremely professional from start to finish. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and patient Joe was throughout the entire process. He made sure every detail was right and that we felt comfortable using everything before they left. If you're looking for someone for TV mounting, Sonos setup, wiring, or home audio/video solutions, I truly can't recommend Custom Audio and Video Solutions enough.

I just had Custom Audio and Video Solutions install my TVs of different sizes and Sonos speakers throughout my new house. I was very pleased with the service and Joe’s knowledge and expertise. I even ended up purchasing the Sonos sound bar which he mounted right on the wall, under our new TV, as well - it looks and sounds great! Joe went above and beyond with his service and I am very happy with the results. My new house looks great with the help of Joe’s work and I would definitely recommend him!
