I was put in contact with Campbell Services through the Thumbtack website. Through the website you can request the TV mounting service and put in information such as: size of the tv, how many you want mounted, what time you'd like the service done, etc. I was contacted by O'Neil within the hour and from there we went on to schedule a time to come to my house that same night. He was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient with his services. Even though he may have taken a bit longer than I was expected for two televisions to be mounted and a projector; I appreciated him taking that time because I feel confident that they were done right. During the project we talked about his process in mounting the electronics and I was really impressed with his expertise and attention to detail. I would completely recommend Campbell Services for any future entertainment installations that I will need done. In fact, we have already scheduled our sound bar to be mounted to the tv and projector wires to be run inside the walls for this weekend. Great work, great individual, and he didn't charge an arm and a leg. Can't recommend enough!

O’Neil is a a great guy and runs an amazing business. I put in a request for an estimate to have a few TVs mounted and A couple Other things on a Sunday morning. I received a phone call asking when he could Come give me a free consultation. I said ASAP and he said okay what’s the address? I honestly thought he was joking. Not only was it Sunday but it was Memorial Day weekend. The man took time away from his time Off with his family to drive 45 minutes to my place to give me a free consultation. Extremely knowledgeable especially for someone like Me who pays very little Attention to technology. He answered all Of my questions proficiently and in an extremely professional manor. He even installed a door bell camera on the spot for a house warming gift! What a great guy. He will be back this Sunday before church to complete the work. Pricing is extremely fair and you can’t beat the customer service. They even offer financing! Thank you brother!

I wanted to write a review for the company CS (Campbell Services) TV Mounting in Rochester, NY. I first would like to start off by saying how refreshing it is to deal with a company who actually listens to their clients’ needs and takes the time to explain the best solution to meet them. I recently stop my cable service and wanted to go back to just getting my local channels the old fashion way over the air with a outside TV Antenna. I contacted CS and informed them want I would like to do. They informed me want my options were. I proceeded and purchased an Antenna and had CS TV Mounting installed the Antenna. When the service tech came to my door he was extremely polite and let me know what he was going to do. He took down my old dish I was using and reused the existing tripod that was bolted into my roof and installed the new over the air antenna. After the installation the tech program all of my TV’s to make sure I was getting a clear image. I’m very pleased of this whole transaction with CS TV Mounting in Rochester, NY and would highly recommend them. Wow! We were so impressed by Kevin & Mark’s knowledge, responsiveness, quality or work and professionalism! We mistakenly purchased a TV, receiver, etc. from Best Buy and after they messed up by cancelling our appointment (after we waited for well over a month for installation!), we couldn’t get through to anyone local and had to drive to the store 3 times, we luckily found TV Leaders. They came out within a couple of days, saved us money, and set up what we consider a complicated surround sound. There is no way Best Buy’s Geek Squad would have been able to do the set up (IF they even showed up)! Do yourself a favor, don’t go to Best Buy and wait at least a month for installation, call Kevin & Mark for an expert job!

I was in the market for a new tv. Hadn't really kept up with the technology and the myriad of options available. Did a bit of Google research and then gave Leader TV Sales and Service a call. Right from the start Kevin was both informative and patient with this technologically challenged neophyte. In fact, Kevin spent over an hour on the phone helping me to understand which options he thought were best and why. At no time during our marathon phone call did he push to sell me anything. In fact, as far as he knew I might not purchase from him at all. I did end up purchasing a new tv and sound system from Kevin several days after our initial phone conversation. The next week he and his brother Mark were at my door ready to begin installation. They were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. Once again, patient with me as I asked questions about this and that. To make a long story short, I have a beautiful new 77" LG tv with an amazing sound system. Kevin explained everything I needed to know to familiarize me with and utilize the system. I never felt that any question I had was silly (although some were). Additionally they went well above doing what they had to do by helping me out with a totally unrelated issue. If you're looking for someone who is professional, honest, knowledgeable, and provides amazing sales and service from start to finish I highly recommend Kevin and Mark. Thank you Mark and Kevin!

Man These guy's are great! A stereo receiver/amplifier is like your favorite easy chair... you get it broken in just the way you like it and don't want to get rid of it. I have had my Technics receiver for close to twenty years and had no interest in shopping for a new one when my digital display went blank. Not only did these guys fix my receiver good as new, they saved me money doing it by finding a much less expensive work around. Kevin and the technicians at Leader TV are an asset to the Rochester area. I Highly recommend checking them out if you need a TV or piece of audio equipment repaired or installed.
