We recently had our Frame TV installed by Joe from TV Mount Now, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! He even discussed our options in detail over the phone beforehand to ensure the final installation would meet our expectations. We wanted a clean, minimal look to showcase the Frame TV’s unique design, which resembles a piece of art on the wall rather than a traditional bulky TV. Joe went above and beyond to make that vision a reality. Unlike other installers, he did custom work like running a wire for a new receptacle and installing a hidden box within the wall to house our Apple TV and Samsung One Connect box. The result? A flawless finish—there’s not a single wire visible from the front or sides. The pictures truly speak for themselves. Joe’s professionalism and efficiency were top-notch. The installation was scheduled and completed within just a couple of days of my initial email, and the work itself took less than two hours. He treated our home with care and left everything spotless when he was done. The price was very reasonable, especially for such high-quality custom work. Joe was very responsive in answering my questions and staying in touch when he had some scheduling issues with our initial time/date.
