Not trying to fluff up a review here, but I was well pleased by the multiple times SmartAV took care of me and my needs. I've had a man cave surround system set up, including a system for bands to come in and rehears, a home theater set up and networking taken care. Of course with most tech you deal with there are some modifications to be made, mine were very minimal, and even then their service and commitment to excellence was comforting. Looking forward to having more opportunities to use these guys for my own stuff and referring them to clients I have with homes!
Wade Reichert and his team, Vince, Anthony, and Simon were amazing! Wade assessed our needs, created a plan, provided an estimate in a timely manner, and completed the job within 3 weeks. The estimate was reasonable, and the team was very helpful in making sure we understood the new equipment. Our job included sound system, TV, and cameras. As as Realtor, I would highly recommend Smart AV for any of your home needs.
I am an administrator at a small school that was in need of AV help during the pandemic, to set up remote learning for kids. Wade and his team generously donated multiple hours of assistance helping us outfit our classrooms. They were happy to do it, responded promptly to communications, did a great job fitting their work around our school schedule, and cleaned up well afterwards.
