I am so happy we found Stud TV Installs! From my first inquiry, they were responsive and incredibly friendly. After having 2 different companies came out and both recommending a large retailer for installation... I was getting discouraged that no one would take on our installation due to the tile over the fireplace. After reviewing their customer photos, I messaged them in the morning and by the afternoon, I had a quote and their availability to make an appointment. Because of our high mantel, we went with a specific pull-down mount. Prior to install, they reassured me they could complete the job and boy did they deliver! The install took about 1.5 hours which was extremely quick given the number of parts in the mount box! After install, the gentleman took the time to show my husband and I how to use the mount and its features. After seeing a little bit of a struggle, he loosened it and ensured it was to our liking. He also cleaned the entire area so well. Overall, I would highly recommend their service. They are extremely friendly, responsive and do a fantastic job!

I hired StudTV installs for a full home theater installation, including new outlets, in-wall speaker wiring, projector mount, and routing HDMI wire. I had a mixed experience with StudTV installs. The installation was scheduled for two days but ended up taking more than that, which was disappointing. He only worked part days but since I don't work from home I had to use full vacation days for him to come work for a couple of hours. The installation went pretty well. He did cut two unnecessary holes in the wall that shouldn't have been cut at the location where he put them, so I have to hire a drywall contractor to fix his mistakes. He didn't put the projector where it was requested by me. Fortunately, the projector works at the location he installed it but it was different than where I had wanted it to be installed. The worst mistake that he made is that he didn't hook up the requested electrical outlets correctly, so they are controlled by a 3-way light switch that also controls room lightiing. He shouldn't have hooked up the new outlets to a 3-way switch. I contacted him once I discovered this but he has ghosted me and won't correct his mistake. Would recommend hiring a licensed electrician for AC electrical work and a reputable company for the non-licensed low voltage work. Would not recommend StudTV Installs for a project of this scope.

Amer and his wife did an amazing job my family is very pleased he and his wife ate very friendly, professional,accurate, polite on time also very clean and completes the task at hand. He has installed all my Tv"s surround sound with no wires showing and my family's tvs highly recommend and definitely will use his service all the time. I am super pleased and thankful job well done!
