I couldn't write this review fast enough! This is the best customer service experience I've ever had. From beginning of the project until the end Andrew was very responsive, pleasant, professional and accommodating. The actual day of the installation was a great experience. He answered all our questions while he was doing the work. Provided us with suggestions and tips. His assistant Steve was very personable and helpful. Their attention to detail was amazing. I am extremely satisfied with the work that Andrew did for me. I have a high-end Marantz receiver with 5 surround sound speakers. While watching movies on my Samsung TV, (i.e. Netflix) the voices were a bit garbled and at times indecipherable. Andrew really knew his way around my Marantz box. He systematically went through all the settings making appropriate adjustments. When he was done, the surround sound was perfect. I highly recommend Country Built AV Solutions. The work was top notch and the pricing very reasonable.
