Another amazing experience with Nice Guys! From start to finish, Wayne and his team provide unparalleled customer service with whatever project you have- ours was mounting a TV to bedroom wall and adding a Sonos Beam soundbar (they are a preferred Sonos dealer). Clean look with no wires visible, paired everything to our Roku remote, and gave us a tutorial on Sonos app. Less than 24 hours from video consultation to in home setup complete the week after Christmas! I don’t know what else to say other than you are foolish if you live in Birmingham and you aren’t using Nice Guys for all of your home audio-visual needs.

I highly recommend the guys at Nice Guy tvs. I am a painting contractor and have seen the Nice Guy crews in many of my customers homes. They were very professional and impressed me very much. That is why I reached out yo them to work in my own home. I know quality service when I see it. Good companies are hard to find these days, take it from me. They installed an 85 inch TV on a very specialized rock wall in my livingroom. Also installed a full theatre surround system. They even helped me cut the chord on old fashioned cable service, and taught me how to use all my new systems. They are the best out there. You will be glad you hired them.

Nice Guys TV were very easy and professional to work with. The process of getting the initial quote via zoom call to having them get me a hard copy quote to coming out was seamless. They installed today and the TV, mount, wiring etc looks superb. We will be using them again in the future for ANY tv mounting needs.

I was very impressed by Michael and Hagan knowledge and expertise in helping get Missionary Grove Baptist Church in Cullman Alabama, in sound and overhead working correctly. They had originally came to look at our sound system because of Amp failures. They recommended a brand of new Amps and once I had them they came and installed the new amps and tuned for best sound quality. We were also having problems with our overhead projector and Michael and Hagan made a recommendation for a HDMI wireless unit to replace cable connection. I ordered what they recommended and overheard projector works great with better quality picture and colors. I highly recommend them for any audio needs.

The Alabama Music & Audio team did a wonderful job providing consultation and installation services for Montevallo Presbyterian Church. Over the course of several months, they made recommendations for our sanctuary and gave us many options to consider. Once we were able to move forward, the team did a wonderful job being respectful of the sanctuary and its appearance, ensuring that everything blended in nicely, not drawing ones eyes to the changes made inside the church. Once everything was set up, they also came out to familiarize us with the equipment we had installed, as this was all very new to us, and we could not have moved forward without them. The work Alabama Music & Audio completed for us was done for very reasonable costs and executed at a high quality. We would strongly recommend them for the quality work they do and the service that they provide.

It is difficult to describe how happy I am with this team. It is very rare to have access to this level of expertise at a very fair rate, charged on an à la carte basis. What you can expect: -Professional well educated technicians who seem to enjoy what they are doing. -Conscientious responsible installation, which any other technician could work behind with ease. -Expert and well informed system designers who will over see your choices. Or if you prefer, recommend well vetted choices. If you need it and I did, they will consult on your current equipment and revamp and fill in as needed. As I see it they offered all options. They answered the questions that I had after consulting with other technicians and sales representatives. I purchased a house in May of 2017. Within a couple months I realized that there were issues with the home theater, as well as the whole house sound system. After trying three times with other so called professionals (2 boutique, 1 big box) And many thousand dollars... In the Middle of the 2019 holiday season I finally found and contacted the AM&AS. I knew immediately this group would solve my problem. My only questions remaining were the ones I could answer... What I wanted? and what I was willing to pay for it? Everything else... they took care of in a professional timely and respectful manner. They were careful to anticipate potential issues that other techs couldn't navigate when they were surprised by them. By the holidays I had entertainment. Shortly there after the entire system was complete and exactly what I wanted. I sincerely doubt I could have achieved this result without this company. If I had, it would have cost a great deal more. (which really means I would not have). Thanks guys you have opened my eyes to the possibilities. I am trying to decide on the next project, though there is not doubt about my first call.
