He was professional and knew exactly what we wanted when we asked for a TV installation and speakers wired through our whole house and connected to a single box in the living room. Honestly these guys were the best, three previous technicians tried to solve my problem, including Fry's people, they were here in one day, fixed a very complicated system in one hour, cleaned up all the wiring, talked me out of buying new and expensive components, and used a minimum amount of new equipment to enhance the system. I could not be more pleased or recommend them more highly.
