Dave is great. He’s prompt and knowledgeable about the products he’s installing as well as the latest and greatest equipment up and coming. He’s very courteous and professional and will get the job done and have everything set up and explained to you in as detailed or short of a capacity as you need. Overall great guy. Very happy with the service from StarHT. The team that came to help hang my Samsung Frame TV were extremely friendly and professional. When the discovered Samsung had missed some important parts for the mount they figured out a solution using their own equipment and kept the install going. With the TV going over a fireplace and the studs not helpfully aligned to center the tv (plus solving this missing parts problem) the job took longer than I think anyone initially expected but despite that they honored the original quoted price.

This is a fantastic company. They are very professional, all the installers used shoe covering and they even laid down a tarp where they did the drilling so no dry wall/dust was left on the floor. We have used them 2 times for TV mount installs and couldn't be happier. They are also well priced. They were in and out in about an hour. Highly recommended.
