This is the finest Audio Video company in Michigan and Indiana. Their professionalism, knowledge.... and service are the best I have ever experienced. They installed a complicated system in our home in the New Buffalo area. Recently a storm came through and caused havoc to our system. Leaving us with no internet or televisions. We had a house full of guests on a Saturday that were going through withdrawals. I texted Allegro.. and sent them an email...not expecting a response until Monday. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call saying that "Nathaniel" was driving back to South Bend from an event in Chicago...and would stop by... ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! He arrived and got us up and running...and came back Monday morning for a permanent solution. That kind of caring service is unheard of these days. I wish there was 6 stars...they deserve it!
