When we went to Bluegrass Entertainment, we had a vague idea of what we wanted in an entertainment system. However we did not know all the options. Through multiple visits to the showroom and a comprehensive home visit, we were given many options. Everyone we met was consistently courteous, professional and knowledgable. They were also patient with our myriad of questions and changes in direction several times. Our Project Manager, Josh, walked us through every step of our purchase, from beginning to end (really not an end, but a happy beginning). Even after installation, he spent extra time fine tuning everything to our preferences. Bluegrass Entertainment provides five star customer service. Their professionalism and knowledge come with an ability to listen to the customer and deliver what they want. They live up to their stated goal -- we are wowed! We highly recommend them.

Blue Grass Home Entertainment is best in class. Taking care of the customer is paramount based on my experience. We recently moved into a new home and BGE installed a new TV and speakers for our living room. 2 outstanding technicians (Joe and Alex) were total professionals. They answered all questions, made sure I was comfortable with the work they were doing, and took extra care to ensure the work space was spotless when they left. I would highly recommend BGE for all entertainment needs.

We have worked with Barney Miller's for all of our Home Automation needs for not only our personal home, but all of our custom homes that we build big or small. They can do as little as adding a pair of speakers to your home or doing a complete automated home. Their customer service team is phenomenal and second to none. Everyone from the owner, to the sales staff, the installers, to their service techs are extremely professional and courteous . They go above and beyond on every project they work on for us. If you can dream it up they can make it happen, they can even have your home talk to you. After working with Barney Miller's they are the only home automation company I would consider doing business with.
