hadn't purchased a stereo system in over 30 years. KA came highly recommended so I gave them a try. Hooked up with Elijah. Made it clear that I knew nothing about today's technology and that my objective was to make my neighbors house vibrate. A blank slate. Gave him a chance to write on it. And boy did he. The whole process was educational. He answered every question. Literally took me on a tour of all that he felt applied to my needs. First he gave me perspective. Listening to a $30k pair of speakers. LOL. Ended up with pair of Vandersteen Bookshelf speakers, custom made in maple. A Marantz amp, speaker stands, all the cables. After a couple weeks, Elijah delivered the system, set it up for me. From the time I first walked into his store until it was installed, totally seamless experience. Thank you Elijah. Outstanding job.

I started working with this company over 5 years ago. From the sales process, to the installation of equipment and customer service this has been a five star experience. The sales person came out during the installation and help troubleshoot some of the technical issues. The technicians who installed the sound system were very knowledgeable and made suggestions of new equipment that would enhance the quality of the sound system. I loved my experience and will definitely use this company again.

JBM did a home theater install for us, nothing but superlatives about our experience and system. Jason listened to our wants and designed a system that not only fit within our budget, but actively guided our spend, where we should invest, where we could conserve. Installation was professional, crisp and meticulous, as was his programming tutorial and follow up. Since the installation, Jason has been extremely responsive to any changes (e.g., switch to a satellite dish) and continually ensures our system is flawless. I would like to thank JBM Automation for the great sound system, and Control4 set up. I purchased a 5.1 Surround sound system, Control4 and Reciever from them and did a self install with their expert instruction, timely troubleshooting and willingness to hop on the phone when I messed something up it was great.
