I used Admit One on my new home build. Everyone has been great. They are thorough at explaining things but not pushy. I realized after I moved in that I did actually want security monitoring, a video doorbell, and needed the fire alarm installation to be covered by homeowner's insurance. They were very helpful and fast at getting that added. It has been a year and they are super responsive when we have an issue or question with our TVs, sound system, or alarm system, even at night and on weekends. I just learned today when they were helping with some TV questions that they don't bill to maintain their equipment. What great service and a friendly and professional team. I highly recommend them!
