6/16/22 was the first time I had the opportunity to work with Pro AV. I was a great experience in service and professionalism. Pro AV was responsive to my requests and inquiries. They followed up when they said they would, and the showed up when they said the would. I discussed what my installation goal was with them approximately a week ahead of time. I was quoted for the project, and even given options. I purchased an outdoor flat screen tv from them. Trey and Mason showed up with the tv and did the installation like the professionals that they are, and without hassle. Trey went over and above on this job in many ways. I was impressed with their communication; their skill; their professionalism; and their service I would definitely recommend Trey McIver and Pro AV. I would definitely use them again myself. In fact, I have a project coming up that I plan to call them for. There is no one else that I would consider using. Thanks Pro AV for helping to make this gift idea come true.

Wow! What an awesome experience! My husband and I just updated our den with a new 65” Smart TV. Our home has multiple devices all connected together ( sound system, Sonos, Blue Ray, multiple zones, etc.). When I contacted them I was greeted with kindness and professionalism immediately! They came to do a walk through to let me know what needed to be done and all was finished in just a few days! The company, owner and staff are top notch! Lindsey.... you are the best! I needed a stereo that not only sounded good but was hidden. Trey and Shaun did just that at a reasonable price. My wife is very happy because there aren't any wires in plain view and there is only one remote control that takes care of everything and I'm happy because the system sounds and looks great.
