Lance and his entire team are world-class at what they do. They helped us design and install a full house audio, networking, and video setup that we have been loving using every day. It included tricky installs of flush-mounted motorized mounts, in ceiling speakers indoor and outdoor, Ring cameras indoor and outdoor, and a number of other components. Lance is the perfect combo of easy-going but also super knowledgable. If there is any component or brand you're passionate about using, he figures out a way to layer it into their setup. The best part is when install time comes, his team takes a ton of care to do it right. Every cable is labeled, not a scratch on the wall and even the media cabinet back in the closet is carefully organized with all the cables bundled and zip tied for a clean look and easy access. If anything comes up, Lance is super responsive and flexible. I'd highly recommend. We'll be working with Lance and team on any future audio, video, networking, or security at the house. Indoor or outdoor.

Highly recommend Sound & Security Innovations. Both of my experiences with them have been excellent. They originally installed my Samsung Frame TV, and I recently had them back to run additional HDMI lines. Fast, professional, friendly, fairly priced, and very respectful of the home itself. They took their shoes off before coming inside, cleaned everything up afterward, and left absolutely no damage to the walls. It was genuinely nice seeing the same crew show up again and deliver the same level of care and attention to detail. Rare to find a company this consistent over time. Really appreciate the quality of their work, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Lincoln looking for A/V or home installation work.

We originally started with a different company and had a really difficult time even getting a bid. After a lot of frustration, we decided to switch to Sound & Security, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. Lance was fantastic to work with. We were on a tight timeline after the switch, and he made sure everything stayed on track and that we were well taken care of from start to finish. He communicated well, was professional, and made the whole process easy. His team was just as impressive. They were friendly, respectful, and genuinely great people to have in our home. They installed a whole-home sound system, set up our Starlink, and prewired for future cameras. Everything turned out great, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had DTX come install a new projector, speakers, screen, etc. They were knowledgable and professional. Aside from some supply chain issues that delayed our install, everything went smoothly. They gave us a great price on some real nice equipment. The install looks clean and professional. They are great guys.
