We have worked with Garrett for 10 years now. He installed our first system which we loved. We recently upgraded- he pays attention to detail and really know his stuff when it comes to networking and the latest AV technology. He is organized and installs the equipment with labels and makes it aesthetically pleasing. He takes the time to explain what he has installed and how to use it. If we have glitches with the set up/software he is responsive when I call him- even later in the evening or on the weekends. I highly recommend Cinema Quest and Garrett!

We built our house in 2005 and I wanted it to be "smart". That has led to an AV system that has long since exceeded my ability to understand how it works. During the last 17 years we upgraded multiple times to keep up with the technology. We have worked with several Control4 Dealers, but CinemaQuest (Garrett) is by far the most knowledgeable and responsive of all. They clearly understand the nuances associated with that technology and related equipment. Chad Altice also did great work for us, and all my interactions with Mark Thrasher have been good. I trust them.
