The equipment has performed as expected and when minor adjustments were needed, a phone call - promptly answered - solved the problem. While the cost is higher than consumer security camera systems sold in electronics stores, the result is well worth the investment in image quality, equipment reliability, ease of review of footage, and customer support.

Tried to get some advice for some upgrades on the sound quality in my bar. The gentleman attempting to help me did his best to make me feel small. Only denying all things I said were false and he was the only person that could fix the mess I’ve made. I said it sounds fine it just needs a boost. I said I was running 12 speakers off a DVD system. He said and I quote “in my 20 years of doing this I have never heard of a DVD system with speaker hookups”. I smiled and said “what about home theatre systems?” He then told me that they have nothing here for me. I walked out. For a shaming and belittling experience talk to the short balding chubby salesman. How’s that for trying to make people feel small.

We contracted with EUL for a full house sound system. They were resourceful, attentive, and great to work with. We had minor follow up issues that were fixed promptly to our satisfaction. I would recommend them for audio/video needs in your home.

I live in a small town, so services are hard to come by. Have a problem with amp. Called these guys, asked about it, Jerry said "Hey cut to the chase..." So I quick told them. He said it would be a service call, with four hours travel time. I offered to pay by credit card if I could fully explain my issue and troubleshoot over the phone. He said no. I asked if he knew of any other places in Sioux Falls that were not as abrupt and rude with new customers...he said "Probably not." Call ended. Jerry must have been having a bad day...but there is no excuse for that bad of customer service.

Great crew with a ton of experience. Setup a state of the art whole home audio, video, and computer integrated lighting system in my condo which is second to none! Easy to use and has infinite potential!
