Craig and his team really know how to build a phenomenal experience! I've always dreamed of having a home theater and they delivered a dream come true. From the seats, the star ceiling, the screen, and technology everything just works to create an immersive gaming and movie experience. Craig was communicative throughout the entire build. There were chip shortages, supply chain issues, and products were discontinued that led to delays. Craig kept me up to date at all times. As things came in, they were installed and setup. We are going to create a lot of memories in this theater for years to come!
I thought our home theater was already perfect with the ViVidstorm rising screen + AV Experience + Hisense projector. But after adding them together, the entire cinema experience became even more immersive and complete. The atmosphere, the visuals, the feeling — everything feels more alive now. Really happy to have discovered them and brought this setup into our home.
Extremely poor customer service. You pay premium first class price for the equipment but you get the third class customer service. Emails and texts go unanswered for days if at all. If owner is out of town and you need their service there's no back up. Communication regarding true cost of equipment and programming is vague. Our intercom, music zones and phone app features are only partly functional and it has taken weeks to correct the issues. Still waiting.... Do not recommend. Go with different company.
