A friend of mine has a home theater system. I love his and at my wife's instance, I checked into a local company that installed these type of systems. I went to Profocus's store and that is when the hook was set. When I arrived at the store, the demo theater system in the store had a football game on display. Watching the game was just like being in the stadium. The large high def screen along with the sound system that comes with it was so real, that you really feel like you are really in the stadium. PS. Take you own popcorn. The rest of the experience was so amazing that even the marching band at half time sounded and looked amazing. The sound made me think, I could feel the marching on the floor. I will never take Lynn to see this system because he will regret getting the system he has. The owners and service personnel are the best and very skilled in their installation...

In December of 2015 I called on Profocus to come out and give me a quote on the media room for my new home. Prior to this home I never had my own media room, so needless to say I wasn't familiar with all the options available. David came out and met me at my home and surveyed my room, went over all existing features I already had, and discussed my wants and needs to create the media experience I was looking for. We talked for a bit and quickly decided on some stellar yet affordable solutions. I was able to outfit my media room with everything I wanted and I must say it has become my favorite room in the house. The installation came soon after my initial meeting and the guys did a great job and took care of my home as if it was their own. The media room only took about a day to install everything and it came out perfect. I would highly recommend exploring all your options with Profocus and creating your own media experience!!

Expert, friendly staff. Highly recommended. David and his team went out of their way to satisfy. We originally ordered the Sony HW40ES only to be told that it was discontinued and that they would upgrade us to the HW45ES which was great news but it turns out an earthquake in Japan halted the manufacture of said upgrade. No big deal as Profocus offered to install an Epson HC3500 and replace it with our upgraded Sony once it came in. They completed the install of an entire 7.1 system and screen in about 6 hours the came back a week later to swap projectors when the Sony came in.
