The HTD Group was truly a pleasure to work with on the upgrade of my family room audio/video equipment. They did the original install a few years back and they were the first and only company I called to get the latest technology and professional consultation to meet my current needs. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of both Brad and Shari and the communication on the status of my equipment order and delivery during these trying times. Great experience from start to finish! Brad picked a great system for our house. We had a new TV installed along with moving an old set outside and adding a Sonos system. Brad and Sharif were extremely professional and the end result is exactly what we wanted!

Empire’s service was exceptional from start to finish!! My husband was having issues with the TV mount so I decided to hire a professional, & wanted to surprise him by having the TV mounted by the time he got home. Erick answered my call even though it was long after business hours and went above and beyond to get a team to me the very next day to make that happen. Jared and his partner were so patient in putting the mount back together, and had the tv mounted, wires hidden, & drywall completely cleaned up within the hour. They even stuck the Apple TV to the back of the tv so it was hidden as well. I will definitely be contacting them to set up our other tv and sound system when it comes time to do so. Absolutely phenomenal company & employees!!!!

What a great experience. My first interaction was with Jared. We had major issues with ATT internet and we were tired of the non service from them. We also wanted to cut the cable and go to streaming services which was impossible with ATT. Jared came out - offered several solutions - promptly sent a quote. Installation done today by Jared and Erik- all TVs set up. Ended up not needing as much network equipment and was given a refund on my bill. Professional - willing to answer questions- no over the top up selling. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great experience.

just had them install a large TV inside and a smaller TV on our back patio and both look awesome. we had a change of heart in the middle of the installation, and they were able to move the TV mount for us, free of charge. would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get a TV mounted. Best Buy was going to charge more and the wait time was 3 weeks. glad we called Empire!

Clearly one of the easiest and most difficult reviews I have written. There aren’t enough words to write and describe the high quality and amount of work Cognito Media/Demarkuss has done for our short term rental and boutique hotel business, Sidecar Suites.
