I have done my home theater system as well as TV mounting job with Dreamedia. As many other customers mentioned in their reviews, I have good words to add for Dreamedia. Zach was very helpful and great sales person. As he actively participate in installation process, he knows his stuff well. He was very responsive to our initial call. Very professional explaining different options as well as choices. One of the great quality I observe in Zach has a great listening skills and positive attitude. I had fix budget in mind to execute my work, he was able to curtain different solutions for my need, instead of just forcing the solution which may have put me out of my budget. I also noticed one manufacturing and/or shipping defect after installation which Zach addressed in timely manner with replacement. This is a business and no one work without acceptable profit but keys are one should be reasonable with price, open/flexible in designing right solution and be honest with good work ethics are hard to find traits. I am surely consider Zach/Dreamedia for any future home entertainment need.

Dreamedia was recommended by the company who built a custom built-in entertainment unit for my family room. The installation was well done. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. I was a bit disappointed that they were nearly 2 hours late without any status update call until they were on their way and the price was nearly twice what was quoted. However, in their defense of the price, I did not clarify when speaking with Zack on the phone that the cost of the TV mount did not include installation. However, I was told my equipment would be connected for an additional $50... and I was charged full price of $99.00 for this. Again, I don't know that the technicians were told about the discussion I had with Zack and I don't know if because my television was new technology and the surround system older technology and therefore, not a simple "plug and go" setup if that warranted the extra charges. I was home with the flu and trying to have as little interaction with them as possible in order to not spread germs. While I think communication could be better, I have no complaints with the work they did. Their attention to detail is fantastic. Happy with the install and work as completed.

I am very happy with the services that I received from Dreamedia. These guys are really good at what they do. They aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. It's well worth it to pay them their rate. Here's why: They are professional and conscientious. Timely call back to schedule my appointment. They showed up on time and well prepared with ALL tools and supplies necessary. Clear communications about their services, charges and details of my install. Very knowledgeable in technology and identifying specifically what was needed to get the job done. They took great care to ensure minimal impact on my house. It was raining and they took time to put booties on their feet so as not to track dirt and water into my home. They were clean cut and polite. They played really good music while they worked. Even though my house was a challenge, fishing wires in the walls, they kept cool and worked through each problem efficiently. Their wiring was clean and neat. All cables were bundled, labeled and organized. They had to cut into my wall to install a power outlet. Perfect wall plug that meets city code. They made sure that all my equipment was functional and that all connections were working perfectly. They cleaned up all packing materials and debris. They were classy enough to ask me if I was happy with their work and if they could have done anything better. This is a top notch A/V company. No nonsense, quality workmanship. Don't mess around trying to pinch pennies. Hire Zak and his crew. You won't regret it.
