From the first conversation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted instead of pushing unnecessary upgrades, and they designed a system that fit both my needs and my budget perfectly. The installation was clean, organized, and done right the first time. Everything works flawlessly and the sound and picture quality are absolutely incredible. We felt very taken care of and gave us fair prices for our desired setup . More in depth , here’s why I would recommend Soundz Good for an audio or video project. We purchased a house with built in speakers and wanted to update the system to use WiFi. They came out quickly once contacted for a quote and were very open for our options . They came up with an affordable simple solution with our desires in mind . Anyone that has looked at the options available for a home theater or speaker setup knows the ways to tackle a problem can turn into quite the rabbit hole . So that meant a lot to me that they helped us navigate that with ease and weren’t just always suggesting the most expensive options . Matching our end goal appeared to be the most important objective . More praise comes from when they did come out to install they found a problem not originally quoted with the structure around the outside speakers . They called another person to come fix that issue and our price did not increase . Should we run into any issues they are always willing to help. This whole process they have not wavered in making sure that we were satisfied customers and that’s exactly what we were looking for .
Great Experience!!! Bought a house that had an existing system that was installed by Soundz Good Audio & Video. Needed some help with understanding the setup and also with some modifications. Chad and his team were prompt and very knowledgeable about my system and also with recommendations for my home. I feel that I have one of the best whole house surround systems along with media room in the Ark-La-Tex thanks to Chad and his crew. I highly recommend them if you want a professional installer of professional audio equipment.
