My experience with Modern Media has been nothing but top notch! I highly recommend their services. Todd was competitive and very willing to work with my naiveté in networking. My first impression upon meeting him was that he was honest, courteous, respectful of time, professional, as well as knowledgeable. My impression was correct! He designed a great Control 4 system in my new home and also installed shades that are controlled by Control 4. Spencer and Nick installed and got everything up and running and were great to work with. And did I mention, they are very easy to reach with any questions An outstanding company!
My home was hit with a lightning strike that damaged our entire house audio/visual network. After several contractor estimates (one no show), we chose Todd/Modern Media for his personal and professional attention to detail. His approach to our needs and a total solution fix was the difference maker. His Estimate/Bid was thorough with many details by item and overall system requirements presented logically and in priority. His recommended selections were fair and reasonable, and were of the highest quality for our needs. He didn't try to up-sell us, but intelligently presented options that would fix our existing home system, but smartly brought us up to the latest system quality a 7 year old existing system could no longer produce. Upon installation, Todd oversaw his team's great work schedule and personally also did some of the higher level work. As a fellow business owner, I have set high expectations for other contractors work. Todd did not disappoint! His leadership and expertise were apparent, and his staff also emulated his expectations to deliver to the highest standards possible.
