HMP performed a fairly extensive upgrade of the A/V systems for our home including our home theater. They had installed the original wiring and equipment when we built and moved into the home 10 years ago. They did a quality job then and with this latest upgrade. Excellent recommendations, competent installers, and a system we're very happy with. A couple of items set them apart for us. First, there were a couple of minor issues that popped up and they were resolved quickly and painlessly. In addition, we appreciated the patience of the installers as they walked us through the equipment and its operation. A big deal as we're not particularly tech savvy in this area. Recommend HMP without reservation.
Home Media Pros we’re wonderful to work with. They did all of the electrical for our brand new house. They were transparent about the entire process, executed all work within the quoted timeframes, helped us with the nightmare that is the City of Houston inspections process, and have come out several times after move in to help us with minor things (setting up hard wired RING cameras, doorbell wiring etc). Customer Service is exceptional and would recommend for a full house or and smaller jobs. Rob and Hector were great!!!
Rewired entire home with CAT 6, re-organized very messy wiring closet, installed remote for tankless water heater and repaired some outlets. When the technicians left, everything was exactly how we wanted it and everything was working. They were very friendly, they cleaned during and after the job, and worked with us to get everything right. We highly recommend Home Media Professionals.
