They have been my electronics dealer for over 15 years. They carry Sonos, Martin Logan, KEF, Dali, Sony, and other products. Unlike other dealers, they let you try their products at home before you buy and they take your old electronics in trade toward your purchase. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have helped me build a top notch sound system. No high pressure sales techniques from them. They let the products sell themselves. I recommend them most highly.

Sleezy salesman. Sold us 2 Sonos ARC soundbars. Never told us Sonos doesn't support DTS sound (which most DVD, BluRay & Ultra 4k exclusively use - thus left with using TV speakers only when watching movie collection.) I spoke with the sleezy salesman by phone and he admitted he wouldn't tell a customer that the Sonos doesn't support DTS unless the customer specifically asked - obviously the info would be a sales killer. Yet the sleezy salesman is the expert and the customer is the novice. I purchased a new Sony sound bar (supports DTS, etc.) from a competitor after the phone conversation. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

Each and every time I go to sound world I get great service. The employees are friendly and are not pushy on selling you something. They also have a good variety of televisions and speakers on display. I would recommend stopping by before visiting the box stores.

The best part of working with Jerry is he is an amazing person that made the project enjoyable. You can 100% trust he will get the job done right and at a very fair price. Jerry installed an in-ceiling HDMI cable for my projector and did it for an amazing price. I also had Jerry come back and install three Sonos amps and re-wired my system very cleanly feeding it into the basement. He got my home audio speakers rocking. Thank you so much Jerry for being an amazing person and business man. I will definitely return for all my future audio needs!!

Jerry @ Control Freaks was excellent to work with. He did a great job mounting the tv's in our home in some tricky places and hid the wiring in a very creative manner as to not disturb the original woodwork in our 100 year old house. We loved his work so much that we hired him to work on a few other projects around the house, which also turned-out great. We highly recommend him.

Jerry came to evaluate our current sound system and gave us several recommendations to meet our family's needs. He came back (quickly!) and installed new indoor and outdoor speakers. Jerry has been very responsive, and his work is excellent! We will definitely be using him for future projects!
