I am so happy I chose Comtech to install my new television and soundbar system! Erik did a great job explaining all of the different options on the remote, something I would not have known otherwise. For instance the difference between music surround sound vs. movie sound! I absolutely love it! The customer service is excellent! I'm so glad I went through Comtech rather than a box store. I can confidently say that I will call Comtech with my next sound or security project. Highly recommended! Thanks Erik and staff!

This company orginally installed all the cat 6 wires and security and elon system into my brown built smart home . Granted the home was sold to me in 2023, but the orginal install from 2015 was horrid! it looked like they cut holes into the wall by punching them out with a hammer and brought in the cat 6 into the utility room in a clustered mess through that horrible entrance in the sheetrock . When I took over the home I was told by comtech they could port over ownership of the Elan that controls all the sound and security to me . They quoted 150, and charged me $300. I asked them to come back and clean up all the bad wiring and put it into a rack system as it should be and fix all the loose wire butt ends that have been left exposed. In my opinion this should be offered for free since its such a disaster down there. Well They blamed another company , altogether claiming CK had done the work . Once the owner Melanie I believe figured out she was wrong , she simply said find someone else to fix it leaving us with a proprietary Elan system that needs ripped out and replaced. Horrible , Horrible accountability, gaslighting and service by the lady in charge, watch out save your money and find another smart home / audio company !!! As another local company that employees 20 people within the county I am in disbelief over there horrible service and will make sure to pass along these facts edit : again a lie, no other company installed or pre wired this entire botched job IS done by YOUR Comtech, who wont take responsibility for it . No one wants to pay 2k for you to clean up wires you botched up in the first place . - cant wait to upload pictures of this install tonight :)

They installed a home theatre system with 6 speakers and multiple component pieces, hid the wires so they did not show, mounted a large tv on the wall. The 2 man crew were very friendly, knowledgeable, did not rush, took the time to do the job right, took off their shoes before entering (!) and overall did a fantastic job at a fair price considering the time they spent. Would recommend to anyone!
