Greggory is the real deal. He completely upgraded my setup: swapped out an old Alarm.com system and Google Nest cameras for a full Ring deployment (cameras, sensors, etc.), setup routines for an Echo Hub and multiple Shows, and even did a full network closet clean up that looked like art compared to the rats nest it was before. A few weeks later, I ran into some unrelated internet issues with an older Orbi system, and Greg responded back right away to troubleshoot and get me online again. He's not only a total pro who knows his stuff inside and out, but also just a solid human being to work with.
