I had Integral install a new alarm system at my home after a bad experience with another company. Spencer, the installer, was incredibly good about explaining exactly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how to use the equipment. A few days after it was installed, I had a couple of questions and called him back and he was extremely responsive. A few months later, some software changes were made which I wasn't quite sure about, and once again, the Integral staff was quick to respond to my request. I cannot speak highly enough of the service from Integral and the quality of equipment they installed. The equipment is easy to operate, and the smartphone app works well in setting our system when we are away from home. It even notifies us if we leave the house and forget to turn on the alarm! And to top it all off, the monthly monitoring fee is less than what I was paying with my old company!

I had Integral Systems install a Control4 home automation system during a major interior home remodel. Was impressed by the knowledge of their staff, as well as their flexibility to work around other contractor schedules. Spencer gave me several options to consider, and the install was done on time with no issues. I also had them install outdoor patio speakers working with the Sonos system. We absolutely love those. Would recommend this company if you want a job done right with quality products.

The men showed up on time s as nd brought with them any meterisl they needed to mount a samsung Frame TV in the luving room and a Samsung TV in tge bedroom. I can not imagine how they could have been more professional. No wires can be seen in either location. About five months later I asked them to return to add an Apple TV in the bedroom. They did this in less than a half hour. Again, completely professional.
