Christina and Chip, at Entertainment Pro’s, were great to work with and Chip did an outstanding job on our installation. We had what would seem to be a relatively simple project to add a 3rd speaker to our outdoor patio area. We needed someone with expertise to help guide us as we were uncertain if this could even be done. Entertainment Pro’s had knowledge and experience with the equipment that we owned and provided guidance on the proper way to install. The installation itself was done very professionally and looks great. Chip then, without being asked, rebalanced all of our outdoor speakers as well as our indoor speakers. The resultant sound, both inside and out, is outstanding. So, in summary, professional, great customer service, and great work. We highly recommend!
I can not say enough good things about Chip, Christine and Entertainment Pros. First, he knows his business. Second, he is honest and professional. Third, he does things in a timely manner. And, lastly, he is very careful and meticulous. If you want a beautiful system, use Chip to design and install. I have used him two times and plan to use him again. I highly recommend Chip and his team.
Chip and Christina are a great team! Chip is very knowledgeable and works with setting up equipment you already have or recommending new equipment that fits your needs. He is a true professional who isn't happy unless his customer is completely satisfied. Chip set up audio in our main living area, master bedroom, and my office. Highly recommended and will be using Entertainment Pros again for my next audio/video upgrade! Semper Fi!
