Leigh and Jason did a fantastic job. What makes MM unique, is their ability to design systems that meet your needs. In our case, it was adding A/V to a 55 year old house. We had three major goals - a great space to enjoy movies, audio throughout the house and deck, and a listening area in the basement. We wanted to combine vintage equipment and speakers, with new components. Leigh and Jason did it all and within the budget we set. In addition to being knowledgeable and professional, they are good natured and very patient. Their service didn’t stop at the install. They have followed up and made a few adjustments to ensure our satisfaction. We are already planning our next project with them.

I met Leigh at the exact right time and I’m so glad I did. Our home theatre at our previous house that Leigh and his team installed was the absolute highlight of it. The quality of the products and the installation is absolutely top notch. You get the feeling that he wants it to be nicer and cleaner than even you would. When it came time to designing our new home we obviously looked no further than using Maximum Multimedia for our home theatre once again … and they outdid themselves. I’ve recommended Maximum Multimedia before to friends and I would again and again!

I had a 7.1 home theater system installed by Maximum Multimedia and was very pleased with the results. When the FCC restricted wireless frequencies, we needed to purchase new microphones and Relevant was a huge help in choosing the right mics and helping us get everything we needed. We upgraded our speakers this year and again, Relevant went above and beyond to help us find the right solution for our needs. Their live events are amazing and I really appreciate buying from guys who use the equipment in large and small venues and understand what works and what doesn't. Eric Reusser was fantastic! He not only mounted my 56" tv on the wall of my condo, cleaned up the material from the drilling, the TV screen - and then set up the W-Fi for me. He is a personable and wonderful tech, and I recommend him.

I was recently on the hunt for an Optima UHD65 4k projector...after another local visual store laughed at me and asked why I would want that one and refused to order it I found these guy and Thomas who went out of their way to get this for me, and install it. The whole team is extremely professional and helpful with everything I needed. To the point of after a few weeks I noticed a white spot on the screen coming from it. They got ahold of the Representative from Optima and got me a new one to replace it and reinstalled it. I am so appreciative for service like this. When looking for local Visual and Sound guys I can not recommend anyone better than these guys!

Mandy is great to work with. I had bought a case for my macbook (a non electronic item) and wanted to return it because it didn't fit properly. When I went to return it i was told i could not because of a no return policy. I was upset and the store associate offered to have his manager call me. Mandy called me (manager of Living Sound) and made me a customer again with the offer of store credit or a return on the item. I highly recommend Living Sound because of their great customer service.
