Outstanding customer service. I came in from out of town and realized the conference organizers didn’t have the right audio for me. I called Kent AV and Matt immediately took care of me. By the time I arrived in a Uber to pick up the gear (less than 30 mins), it was all fully prepared, and they even included batteries for the mic (which most companies don’t do!!). The rental gear was great quality and very well maintained, the business offers a wide range of options to choose from (eg different types of hand held, lav, and head-worn microphones), and overall it was an amazing customer service experience. Highly recommend!!
We chose Kent Audio Visual to run the sound at our outdoor wedding ceremony and small reception. Matt helped us get everything in order, and Daniel was so easy to work with on the day-of. I highly recommend them!
