This team is fantastic. Super responsive and successfully completed a challenging wire concealment job for our 85 in frame tv and sound bar. Robert and Jared were extremely efficient, competent and kind. Strongly recommend this team for anything wire /entertainment setup related. Looking forward to them coming back to install smart switches. Update: Rob has done a fantastic job with our smart switch installation. He took the time to really understand the product and wiring of our house. The wiring that was in place (put in by the builder) did not make this task straightforward at all but Rob’s patience and thoughtfulness allowed him to accomplish what a team of electricians basically gave up on.

Excellent experience with Robert. He was totally friendly, responsive, professional, and was quick to get our project done during a busy time of year. We had an old TV uninstalled and a new one remounted. Robert was able to get it all done very smoothly and had no problem adjusting the mount once we realized we wanted it a little lower than originally planned. He was really helpful with setting everything up on the new TV and explaining how it all works. I would not hesitate to call him again for future projects and would recommend Total Home Entertainment to anyone.

I contacted him to help me understand what options were available to upgrade my entertainment systems and he came through with a very reasonable solution. He came in and within in a few hours rewired my speakers, installed the necessary components and mounted my TV in our great room. It was an absolute pleasure to have him take me through a sometimes-daunting set of possible solutions and deliver exactly what was promised. We couldn’t be more pleased.
