This company is amazing!!! It was a great experience from the time I requested the initial estimate with John through the completion of the job. My job involved mounting my TV above the fireplace and included installing an outlet, the mount, and ensuring the TV was correctly positioned. Brian and Ashton completed my job and they were awesome!! First, with respect to my home, they either removed their shoes or put shoe covers on. Secondly, they came with all of their tools, prepared the space, mounted the TV, AND cleaned up the area. All within two hours which was less time than expected. I was really impressed and so appreciative of John, Brian, and Ashton’s professionalism. I definitely recommend this company and will be referring them to my family, friends, and clients. Kudos to John, Brian, and Ashton. Job well done!!!

They did an excellent job installing 7.1 surround sound system in my living room with 6 in wall speakers that were a big challenge due to the tiny crawl space underneath the living room which they had to access in order to do the wiring. They also mounted the TV and made sure there are no visible wires. The speakers blend into the room seamlessly and sound fantastic. Pricing was very reasonable given how tough the job was and was completed in a timely manner; I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a surround sound that is too complicated for DIY.

I don’t even know where to start. I contacted this company about 6 weeks ago through their website and I knew right away that customer service would be top notch because Lauren called me within a few minutes of my inquiry. To be honest, my only reservation in going with them was the price. It was going to cost me significantly more than the price of the TV to do an above-fireplace mount because of the need to move an outlet and patch the wall. However, after contacting several contractors to try and save some money by hiring different people for the various jobs, I realized that The Theater People’s quote was actually quite reasonable. The bottom line: this is the ONLY company that can do the entire project for you if you want something mounted above a fireplace. Best Buy can’t move an electrical outlet and the electricians in the area won’t patch the wall after they move an outlet. It was going to be a nightmare having an electrician do one job, a painter do another, and then have Best Buy come and take care of the mounting. In addition to the fair price and outstanding customer service, our Technician, Jeff, was fantastic. He arrived on time, was very intricate, and communicated with me every step of the way. His work is flawless. This company has earned a customer for life. Take my advice. Don’t bother checking with any other home theater specialist in this area. Call The Theater People!

Nathen and his team went above and beyond to be sure the work we wanted done was exactly the way we had planned. Had an issue with the TV we purchased, no fault of the Tiger Systems team and Nathen even facilitated the exchange process with Best Buy to be sure it was done correctly. The team even returned a few days later when the replacement tv was delivered to ensure it was properly mounted and in working condition. Highly recommend this company, employees are knowledgeable and passionate about their work and it shows in the final product.

AJ, Fred and Jay did a fantastic job with the installation of our TV. AJ came out first and advised us about the best product for our situation and answered all of our questions. Fred and Jay did the actual installation and made sure everything was perfectly installed and working properly. It is clear that this company prides itself on making sure the customer is satisfied. I recommend them highly.

Fred and Mike did an outstanding job installing a new receiver and RF universal remote. Their work was professional and efficient, and they organized the wiring in a very neat way, making future maintenance very easy to do. I definitely recommend Tiger Systems for anyone's A-V work.
