I can’t say enough how pleased my wife and I are with the job which Jim and his assistant Andrew just completed at our home in Belfair. We recently moved and wanted to to be able to enjoy great AV throughout the house. Jim payed an initial visit to survey the house and develop a plan for each room tailored to our preferences. Over the course of 2 days he and Andrew mounted 5 TVs and Sonos soundbars, hooked up the amplifiers and installed all of the applications. He also installed KEF outdoor speakers for our pool lanai room and networked the whole house. Jim and Andrew are consummate professionals and really take pride in their work. We highly recommend WirePro AV!
I highly recommend Jimmy Osborn from WirePro AV for any and all home entertainment and internet needs. Not only did Jimmy do an excellent job designing multiple home entertainment (TV, surround sound, in ceiling multi-room speaker system ) and networking options (great to have choices), his installation was flawless. Everything was perfect, including his communication along the way. He did exactly what he said he would do with a high degree of quality and professionalism. This is the 3rd home I have had an entertainment solution installed in. By comparison, Jimmy was the best by a huge margin.
We live in an historic 1840's home in Charleston, SC where we also operate 15 Church Street Bed & Breakfast. Having 6 TVs on Comcast cable had become too expensive so we decided to switch to streaming. Searching the web for an AV service, we randomly selected WirePro due to their excellent 5 star reviews. Jimmy Osborn, the Owner, came for the initial visit and determined that while we were paying Xfinity for 1 GBS speed, we were only realizing 120 MBS! He spent an incredible amount of time explaining that the holdup was in our router system and, once that was reconfigured, we were realizing 900 GBS on hardwired devices. Consequently, we engaged him to set up our wireless system on HULU even helping us order all of the needed controllers and smart TVs without any equipment markup. His technician, Jason, was a whiz at installing the needed Cat-6 wiring in our historic home without destroying walls, floors, or architecture. These are personable professionals who treat you Iike family. We cannot wait to come up with the next project for them to execute! We are now paying about 1/2 our previous Xfinity bill, and importantly, his fees are most reasonable as well as any needed follow-up advice, and training. They even stayed after installation to make sure our guests all knew how to operate the controls. We give them 10 stars!!! Jack & Annelise Simmons
