Brad was extremely professional. We are older, IT illiterate people who needed help to change from commercial TV to You Tube TV. Brad surveyed our situation, told us what we needed to do, and then promptly gave us a reasonable quote to do the work. Because of our travel commitments, the only time to do the work was on a holiday. Brad came and spent the morning of the holiday doing everything required to get our new system installed. He patiently worked with us to make sure we understood how everything works, and at our request, did so in very simple, easily understood language. We've been using the system for 24 hours, and are extremely pleased. We would give Brad our highest rating. He deserves it.

Wow! I'm pretty fussy when it comes to home media. But Brad is just absolutely fantastic. He's helped us with our sound system and our fantastic television. Brad did a fantastic job setting up our 4 new TVs and getting us started with UTube TV. We had some issues that needed troubleshooting and he also walked us through how to access and save all our favorite channels. We are not very "techy" so having his advise and tutorial was wonderful. Very professional and prompt.
