Smart Systems installed a media room in an interior room of our finished basement and it is phenomenal. They were very professional meeting with me and determining what our family's need were and what we were looking for. The installation took a day and a half and the two workers were very respectful in our house and doing their work. The workers had to open the ceiling and some walls to install the wires and equipment needed and were excellent about cleaning up after their work. We love our media room with the projector, sound system and screen. The rack and remote are very easy to use and we are so pleased with it. Our family spends a lot of time in there with movies, sports events and everyday TV. Frank has been wonderful about helping me with through issues that have popped up and explaining how to use the system. We would recommend Smart Systems to anyone wanting a quality experience and installation.
These guys are real pros. I had a full audio and video system installed in my home and while I'm tech savvy, it was over my head. I brought in Smarthomes and had the chance to deal with them from start to finish. From the prewire portion to programming to final install and fine tuning, they have exceeded my expectations. I've never seen so much care taken with wiring that will be covered up by drywall in the end. Electricians should take note. Even after the install was completed and they were paid, they still made themselves available to answer my questions and help me out with tech support. Every employee I've dealt with from the top down was courteous and professional and they treat your home with respect. I would not hesitate to use them on future projects or recommend them to anyone that wants an integrated audio/video solution for their home or business.
