We used The Production Source for a complete overhaul of my Church’s PA system. Their recommendations for what we needed were spot on. They went above and beyond on the install and even replaced some of our burnt out stage light bulbs while they had the scaffolding up (no extra charge!). Not a store for electronics, they help set up sound sysyems and such for churches and places like that. This is not a store. However, I have to say, the person there was extremely helpful on what I might need. Took time to explain various options when I told him about my situation. Really did appreciate him taking time to help me out. If I needed the services they do, I would definitely use this place.

Nathan, the owner helped me with a problem that I had in a rental cabin that I own in Sevierville, TN. He installed a remote control that controlled the surround sound system, cable box, TV, DVD player, and a input for a gaming system. I was able to replace all the remotes wirh the one he installed. He subsequently had to make a service call to take care of a problem that was guest related and he did not charge me anything. I was so frustrated before I met him that I was in the process of buying a new system. I thank God that I found this man and his company. I had smart homes install an ethernet cable from my Xfinity router to my office. I called them yesterday afternoon and their tech was here by 9: 15am te next day. Ryan (tech) was very professional and friendly, answering all my questions. He completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up leaving no mess once he left. I would highly recommend using smart homes.

Jason scheduled my TV Installation for the day after my TV arrived on short notice. The charge was less than half of Best Buy’s price including recycling my old TV.
