I use my internet network to work from home, so it is imperative that I have optimal performance and reliability from my home office system. Jeff's team analyzed my existing network and provided a list of upgrades that included remote system monitoring for troubleshooting purposes and the installation and integration of Starlink. Once I engaged them, Black Level AV quickly and professionally installed the upgrades with minimal down-time, all-the-while taking the time to answer any questions I had during the install. I highly recommend Black Level AV, and as a bonus, they are a true veteran owned business.
100% The best experience. Attention to detail, prepared options based on budget, walked me through process, shared time line for install, strong communication during entire process. Team was extremely patient with my wife and I during the demonstration process. Regarding professionalism, plastic covering on floor, furniture moved/handled with care, swept up/cleaned entire area and very courteous. You get what you pay for, I'm sure cheaper fly by night companies out there BUT Jeff's team and company blew away our expectations. Hard not to trust a Marine - life long customer and friend.
Black Level AV installed two TVs and sound bars in our new-construction pool house, added a Sonos speaker system to our backyard, and integrated everything seamlessly into our Control4 setup. Jeff was incredibly responsive, flexible, and willing to work with us to maximize our budget so we could get the system we wanted at a price we could afford.
