Audio Visual Consultants in El Paso, TX

So I’ve had a few TVs mounted from this place . They’ve always been decent in pricing and they get the job done. This last time we did business it was a nightmare, no joke . First off they send some unqualified techs to mount a 82in Samsung tv . The reason I say unqualified is because they were exactly that. It seemed like they had no clue on what they were doing. Unfortunately at the time they showed up I was headed out to work and my wife was the one who had to deal with the headache . They gave her two options of where the tv could be mounted . The two options that were given were not appealing at all and they told her it could not be mounted higher . Long story short the supervisor had to come out to the location and we were able to get it mounted where we wanted but they charged us extra for they’re mistake and the funny thing is that when the manager was headed out to my home the unqualified, unprofessional employees were trying to get signatures from my wife signing off of where the tv was mounted the first time . Petty service . Will never use again and they left my sound bar crooked!

Other than the one time we used them several years ago and wrote a very nice review, it has been nothing but high prices ever since (even after clearly expressing our desire for them to be conservative when designing their solution). They quoted us $18k for an audio system to provide background music in our business. Then recently quoted us $17k for a cellular signal booster. That was after the $300 fee charged for the on-site survey. Unfortunately, we can't begin to explain what changed and we also can't leave our positive review up encouraging others to do business with this company as we would no longer do business ourselves with TechPro Audio & Video. (Prior Review) Very impressive company. Mark and Travis did an exceptional job on our installation. They are extremely detailed and exceeded our expectations in every way. Even took the personal time and effort to adjust equipment to our specific needs. Hands down the only people to call for audio and video in El Paso! (No longer recommended by reviewer.)

Saul and Adrian ARE THE FREAKING BEST!!!!!!!! I got a TV mounted with the 2 shelves. They came in and knew right away how i wanted it and they did it perfectly..... I recommend this company for any service they have. If you get lucky and get these two gentlemen than you will be in TV heaven. Thank again you guys!!!!!! YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After wanting an outdoor lighting system for the front of our home, we decided to call AV Concepts to see who they could recommend as they had installed our camera systems and to our surprise they offered that service as well. We could not be happier with the results, we have front lighting throughout the outside front of our home that change colors for every season or mood!!! Highly Highly Recommend this company!!!

Very pleased with the service from the moment I walked in to their showroom I felt welcome. I would ask question of the product I purchased and got an answer with plenty of knowledge from Mario Dixon. I was very impressed to how the installation of my 48 in smart tv had no wires exposed. They did an awesome job from adding an outlet to fishing the wires thru my walls. I will definitely would use them again ....

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the services provided by AV Concepts and Security. As a customer who initially engaged with your company for prewiring services in my new home, I had high hopes for quality workmanship and reliable service. However, my experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, the safety hazard posed by the cracked and frayed wires discovered during the prewiring process was alarming. I entrusted AV Concepts and Security to rectify this issue, only to find that the resolution was subpar and inadequate. Not only did your team fail to address the hazard effectively, but the cameras installed in my home also failed to meet the specifications promised. Despite investing a significant amount of money, the cameras were incapable of performing as advertised, leaving me feeling deceived and cheated. Furthermore, the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by your team, particularly Manager John, is utterly unacceptable. The repeated rescheduling of the in-home speaker system installation without any notification or communication reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer service. My wife, who rearranged her schedule to accommodate the installation appointments, was left waiting without so much as a courtesy call to inform us of the delays or cancellations. In summary, my experience with AV Concepts and Security has been marred by incompetence, false promises, and abysmal customer service. It is evident that your company lacks the necessary communication channels and dedication to fulfilling customer expectations. As a result, I am left deeply disappointed and regretful of ever engaging with your services.
