We could not be more pleased with Randall, his work, and his willingness to work with us. We are the 3rd owners of the house and we wanted to upgrade the TV and reconnect the surround sound system. (My wife was a network manager and was appalled at the wiring for the AV system.) We had three contractors look at the system and provide advice. One was crazy both in complexity and cost estimate. Randall and the third outfit were pretty comparable but we liked Randall's willingness to listen to our desires and concerns and then make recommendations that work for us. The work itself was exceptional. His price was half the high priced contractor - not because he recommended or used junk - rather because he listened to our desires and fashioned a resolution that made sense. The TV is great and the sound is awesome.

Randall/North Dallas Home Theater came to the rescue! If you need TV and sound systems set up in your house, call them. Randall was extremely responsive and quickly came out to give an evaluation of our needs. We finally transitioned off cable to streaming, updated Sonos and boosted internet service. He cleared all old installation wires and equipment and was very patient and helpful with explaining the new setup. He did not leave until he was sure everything worked as it should. It was an exceptional experience working with Randall and his team at North Dallas Home Theater. The initial meeting was simple and easy as we walked through the house and got to understand our wants. During installation, we ran into a couple of surprises but with Randall’s expertise we were able to work though the issues. It helps to have folks that have done tons of installations to have creative solutions to unknown surprises. I would highly recommend using Randall and his team for your next TV/AV project.
