We have worked with other Home Theater and Audio companies in the area and Sound and Image are by far the best. They stand out from the crowd in several key areas: 1. Responsiveness - Tim and his team are timely in all of their response. You can expect them to show up at your home on time and not in some random 4 hour window. 2. Value - The pricing and value for home theater and audio is better than the competition. The pricing estimates are clear, fair, and with no hidden fees if a job takes longer than expected. You will know what you are paying and have no surprises at the end of the work. 3. Professionalism - Tim was in contact with us from the beginning and assured that he knew what we wanted. He was careful to check that everything was as we wanted it. Drake and Brian installed our TV's and Audio inside and outside. They were terrific. Knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They knew the answers to all of the questions that we had and were willing to step us through any new equipment and how it worked. Everything was done perfectly, cleaned up neatly, and managed in the best possible way. 4. Service - Tim, Drake, and Brian made certain that we were happy with our new equipment and that all of our questions were addressed. Tim was clear that we were not to pay the final bill until we were happy. You just don't get that type of service in today's environment. We cannot recommend Sound and Image highly enough. We will never use anyone else and have been singing their praises to our friends and family. Sound and Image is the type of company that everyone wants to do business with.

We had a very complicated audio visual system that had been patched together over the years. Our cabinet was an overcrowded mess of cords, equipment and power strips. When something wasn’t working right, we had no idea what to do and the guys who originally installed it went MIA. We were lucky to find Sound and Image Design! We asked them to help us simplify our system and possibly cut the cord with cable to save on our monthly bill for TV. They installed a beautiful Control4 system and freed up one entire side of our cabinet. I wish I had ‘before’ pictures. The ‘after’ is below. We did cut the cord and Drake was very helpful in navigating the streaming world and getting us set up with new Roku devices throughout the house. Our monthly bill is now $150 less than before and we actually have more viewing options. Tim was incredibly responsive to us from the very beginning and the whole process went very smoothly. The level of expertise, communication and service are top notch. I feel confident this is the beginning of a long term relationship with an outstanding company. We will not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to all!

I have been using Sound and Image for several years. Their service and expertise is always outstanding. Of note was my latest experience with the company. We have moved into a new home and brought 2 televisions with us and purchased a new 98" for the media room from Sound and Image. Will in the office was extraordinary with his communication and knowledge. Drake and Andrew came over to install. They went above and beyond. During these times of uncertainty, I felt it would be wise to increase the security for my home. Productive AV does a lot of commercial properties but was available and willing to install a system on my residential property. There is a big advantage here because they bring extensive knowledge from the commercial side which helped me consider things I wouldn’t have initially. I was fortunate to have a next day appointment because the equipment was available and they had an opening. Before they arrived, I received a phone call from Trey who reached out to get a better understanding of my needs. He also gave me suggestions on how to best streamline my system, which was very helpful. The guys arrived on time and were courteous and professional. The technicians all have background checks, which is a very important factor when picking an installer for a security system. Throughout the installation process, the technicians (Andrew) asked me questions to make sure each unit had the maximal effect and met my needs. In addition to setting up the system and showing me how to operate it, they also informed me on any potential problems I may have and how to resolve these issues. Thankfully I have not had one and the system is in great working order! The ability to feel more secure in my home is invaluable. I am able to sleep more soundly at night because I have one additional deterrent to protect my family. It’s also comforting to know it’s been installed properly and that if I have any issues, I have the support of a reliable and professional team. I highly recommend these guys! Just volunteered at River Jam 2022 and was super impressed with the AV team from Productive AV. Having professional equipment and the folks to execute it turned a high school music festival into a truly professional stage event. The bands really sounded great, all assisted by Gabe, Gabe and Juan. From start to finish, Juan and his team helped us with executing a flawless music festival on a football field that had no equipment before Productive AV showed up. Anthony, later joined his son, proved to be highly knowledgeable and professional when assessing our needs, advised us in great detail about potential components we might choose, informed us ever step of the way during the install and spent a great deal of time patiently and competently teaching us how to best use our new frame TV and accompanying sound system. BEYOND A 10! Exceptional service from the FIRST email and phone call for service. Very responsive, great communication, scheduling etc. Anthony arrived ON TIME and was VERY friendly, easy to talk with and VERY knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and issue/problem I was trying to fix. He offered mutliple solutions but the best one is He didn't try and sell me new equipment when he could see what I had was still very pertinent. He simply made what I had, work again like it should!
