I purchased a TV from Costco to replace our 11 year old television. I had originally hired the company that works with Costco to mount the television on the wall, but they were not easy to deal with. As it turns out they do not remove old TV's from the wall or help you set it up once it is up. After a google search, I called Pure Sound & Vision (they have a 5 star rating) to do the job. Diego and Austin worked well together to remove and replace it. They were neat; picking up after themselves, polite and very professional. Turns out this project wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. The new TV did not have an optical connector to accommodate our Bose soundbar and I really needed one more HDMI port. It was either buy a different TV or get a new soundbar. Diego tried to figure out a solution with an adapter, but it didn't work out. So Dan went over all my options with me. He did some research and recommended another television that would handle all my needs. They picked it up from his supplier, and brought it here. He and Diego hung it and made sure everything worked right. They synced my remotes so I didn't need the four I was already using. Dan went above and beyond from the first time I spoke to him explaining the different components, inputs, outputs etc. that I just don't and still don't fully understand. He was very patient and kind. The new TV has a lot of new features I was not familiar with. They helped me with that too. I would highly recommend Pure Sound especially if you are electronically challenged as I am. Thanks guys, you earned your five stars!

Dan and Andy with Pure Sound & Vision are my go-to guys for any audio/visual projects I have. This is the second time I've worked with them and it won't be the last! They just installed this Samsung Frame in my dental office waiting room and I love it. It was their suggestion to go with the Frame and it really provides a professional look to my office. I also had them install a sound system and wall mounted monitors in my office a couple years ago and I'm still very happy with their work. Thanks guys!

Dan has been amazing and gave us recommendations that made our new home build sound amazing! We added CAT5 wiring throughout, Sonos to the great room, kitchen, outdoor patio, and basement theater. He was honest and professional, along with keeping us on budget! I sat outside on the covered porch last night and was amazed with the quality and sound from our speakers! Can’t wait to finish unpacking and find a movie to hear the basement surround sounds. Thanks so much Dan!
