Our church used Metro Sound and Video to update/upgrade our audio/video in one of our auditoriums. They did an incredible job from start to finish. Easy to work with on the front end. They made sure we ordered what we needed and set a realistic timeline for install. Installation was on time and done very quickly and efficiently. Before they left, they gave us training on our new equipment and made sure we knew how to run the system so we were ready for Sunday. They also let us record a video of the training so we could train others! We would highly recommend them to anyone. Grateful for a quality company that you can trust in the audio/video space.
I couldn't express my gratitude more for the amazing team over at Metro Sound & Video. Their team, specifically Jake, Kirk, and Jonathan, did an incredible job installing our brand new EAW AC6 speakers in our historic theater, built in 1889, and were very accommodating to our unique needs. Our space is filled with original hand carved woodwork and hand painted stenciling that they were able to expertly work and maneuver around without damaging anything. We are so lucky to have had this opportunity, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any other installations that we may have in our future.
Metro Sound did an outstanding job designing and installing a t-coil hearing loop system for our 147 year old church. The project was well planned and the installation plan was well executed. Most importantly for us, the hearing loop system is easy to use and an effective source of hearing assistance for members of our congregation. Metro Sound staff and technicians were uniformly knowledgeable, competent and responsive.
