Where to begin... Sam and his crew were efficient, clean, respectful of other people in the home and our dog. The work was perfect and even when they found out some parts and peices weren't going to work or be effective enough in the long run they went out and sourced the items as not to waste installation time. As a builder I know how time consuming that can be and they did not hesitate to do what it took to make their deadline. Five stars all they way and to anyone reading this, please know that it's not necessarily about price or speed. It's about efficiency and the ability to fix problems with solutions, not excuses. GetConnected AV did a great job installing the audio system, security cameras, data outlets and mounting TVs at my insurance office. They offer high end products at an affordable price. The techs were very knowledgeable, helpful and concealed all the wires which made the install look very clean and professional. They even took the time to explain how to use my new audio system and programmed my phone to view my cameras on an app. I would recommend them to any business owner looking for a reputable low voltage contractor.
Sam, John, and the GetConnected AV team did an outstanding job tackling a complex project: custom wiring a 1920s home with dense interior walls for wired Ethernet and an Eero mesh network across two buildings. Their work was professional, thorough, and exceeded expectations. Great communication from start to finish and excellent to work with - highly recommended.
