One word........AMAZING!!!!!! Always a good experience with Fam Tech Media. I hired them previously for 3 TV’s I needed wall mounted and now I hired them again to do my game room..... I can’t begin to tell you how amazing everything looks and sounds. They installed in-ceiling speakers, a 55” tv as well as recessed lighting with Philips Hue lighting & a Sonos Amp😍. Truly love I’m able to control everything from my phone and through Alexa. Setting up music to the ambient lighting for game night truly a site! My husband and I are very pleased with their amazing job!

Felix was extremely professional, on time and very knowledgeable. He wired our speakers, installed a new receiver and subwoofer along with consultation on the installation. There wasn't any hard sell on products, he asked me what I was looking for and then made informative suggestions, which helped in the decision making process. I recently purchased a new Sonos soundbar for my Sonos surround sound system. I had an old one that I just needed swapped out for the new one. I contacted a few companies unfortunately none of which responded. Who does that?. Anyway went back to a new Google search and came across Home Theater Pros. I spoke to Dan at the company, and explained what I needed. He said he would put me on a schedule for installation. Which was done during that same phone call. He sent Braden who was on time, he also called 30 minutes before arrival, letting me know that he was on his way. And once arriving, knew exactly what to do. Braden installed the new soundbar, and completely recalibrated my system so that it sounds so much better then before. I am so glad I found this company I will use them from now on. Just superb professionals who are completely knowledgeable in all things electronic oriented. The price initially quoted over the phone was the final charge I paid. Which was very very reasonable! I recommend this company to anyone. Don't hesitate to use them you will be as happy as I am.

I'm ecstatic with the installation of my surround sound system in my new house. They were able to use my existing equipment for the audio. I'm so very happy with the attention to detail that Christian the installation tech provided. They also properly mounted my TV including placing a new electric plug in the proper position so there are zero cables showing. Love it! My only comment is, in my opinion, it's a difficult job for one tech to handle alone, it may have taken a little longer with just one tech, but the final product is fantastic!

First and foremost I was very pleased from the beginning with the call representative who took my call and set up my appointment, I believe his name was steve. He was very informative and knowledgeable on what I would need and recommended the most accurate service I would need by with the few inquiries I had. I love the service I received today from both Geno and Glen. These guys are the real deal, very knowledgeable and efficient with their work, professional, while also being friendly and sociable. I had 8 tvs, varying mounts from flat, tilt, and full motion, and they handled every single tv mount install perfectly! I had 2 85” tvs, 4 75” tvs, a 55” tv, and a 42” tv.. they perfectly positioned and installed every tv mount, made sure all was level, and I feel confident that my tvs will remain on the wall safely, nothing shaky about their work. Thank you for the service that was provided by my installer of the TV mount. There were a few hiccups when installing the mount. Whoever constructed my room didn't do a good job, so that is why of the hiccups, but my installer was and is very cordial, respectful, and knowledgeable of his job hi end up making a hole on the wall with my permission of course cause that was the only way that I was gonna be able to mount the TV on the wall like I wanted it to be at the end I was very satisfied with the job done.
