David, the owner, was quick to respond and flexible with scheduling. He did the original install of all our audio and video equipment 10 years ago. It was time to replace the tv, troubleshoot the sound system, remove unused components, and reprogram the universal remote. Ryan completed a lot of work before David arrived to help with the tv and refreshing the setup on a 10-year-old universal remote. Found a dead subwoofer and some bad wiring connections. Fixed those and ordered a new speaker. The final install looked very clean, level, and straight. The total cost was very reasonable and I would strongly recommend them.
Gorge Audio and Video are true professionals and extremely knowledgeable in this field. David and Ryan are highly skilled and did a fantastic job installing and integrating a complex A/V system that involved multiple complex disparate brands and made the whole house sing just the way I wanted it. Very reasonably priced but terrific value for money! No hesitation recommending these people as they go above and beyond especially when I had an issue I needed fixing! First rate service and with a smile!
David put together a home audio system that sounds amazing and a few easy-to-use security cameras. He worked with the hardware I already had and didn't push stuff on me that I don't need. His install team was fast, clean, and polite. Highly recommend for home audio/video/automation.
